Our platform operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits in advance, which are then consumed as you use NerveCoach coaching sessions and features. Credit packages and their corresponding prices are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. All credit purchases are processed immediately upon successful payment authorization and credits are added to your account instantly.

All prices displayed on the NerveCoach platform are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Promotional pricing or discounts may be offered from time to time and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

All payments are processed securely through our payment infrastructure. Transactions are typically completed within a few seconds, though processing times may vary depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email once the transaction has been successfully processed. If a transaction fails, no credits will be added to your account and no charges will be applied to your card.
