Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which GROWTHIFY TECH LTD may issue refunds for credit purchases made on the NerveCoach platform. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and we encourage you to review this policy before making any purchases. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All credit purchases on NerveCoach are generally considered final. Credits are digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. Because credits can be used instantly after purchase, special refund considerations apply as outlined in this policy. We recommend starting with a smaller credit package if you are new to the platform to ensure the service meets your needs.

You may be eligible for a refund if you request one within 14 days of your purchase and have not used more than 10% of the credits from that purchase. Refund requests made after 14 days or where a significant portion of credits has been consumed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GROWTHIFY TECH LTD. Technical issues that prevented you from using the service as intended may also qualify for a refund regardless of credit usage.

To request a refund, please contact GROWTHIFY TECH LTD through our support channels with your account details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original Visa or Mastercard used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement after approval.

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD is registered in England. Credits are digital content delivered to your account immediately and are available for use as soon as your payment is authorized. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the credits and acknowledge that, once a credit purchase has been used or your practice session has begun, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is waived to that extent, consistent with the digital-content exception under that law. The commercial refund terms in this policy (the "Eligibility" section above) continue to apply on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them, for any purchase still within the 14-day window and under 10% consumed.

Refunds will not be issued for credits that have been fully consumed or for promotional or bonus credits that were provided free of charge. Credits obtained through special offers or discounted pricing may be subject to different refund terms as specified at the time of the promotion. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
