These Terms of Service apply to your use of NerveCoach, a public speaking and presentation practice platform operated by GROWTHIFY TECH LTD (company number 17323128; registered office: Dept 6899, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, United Kingdom, N22 8HH). By accessing, browsing, or using NerveCoach in any way, you signify that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms described herein.

Your access to NerveCoach is contingent upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and compliance with applicable laws. If you cannot agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD maintains the right to withhold or terminate service to any user for any reason, at any time, without obligation to explain.

NerveCoach is an artificial intelligence-powered public speaking and presentation practice platform that provides real-time feedback, analysis, and coaching for improving your speaking confidence and delivery. The service includes features such as presentation analysis, practice sessions, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

NerveCoach is intended for individual users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are registering for your own personal use, not on behalf of a business entity unless you are participating as a specialist under a separate Specialist Agreement.

NerveCoach is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We block access from IP addresses in these countries and refuse registration with an email address from them.

Accessing NerveCoach's coaching features requires you to set up an account. You are personally responsible for protecting your account credentials and for any actions performed using your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must ensure your registration information remains accurate. Contact GROWTHIFY TECH LTD immediately upon discovering any unauthorized account activity.

Scores, transcripts, and feedback generated by NerveCoach are produced automatically by artificial intelligence and are provided for practice and self-improvement purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and NerveCoach does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the service. You retain ownership of the audio and content you submit; GROWTHIFY TECH LTD is granted only a limited license to process it in order to generate your feedback. NerveCoach is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and its feedback is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — including for anxiety, stage fright, or other conditions. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

NerveCoach operates using a credit-based access model. Credits are prepaid and consumed each time you initiate a speaking practice session. No credit transaction may be reversed, and credits are tied to your individual account. Published credit prices are subject to periodic revision. Credits expire only as described on the platform and hold no cash equivalent.

NerveCoach exists to support lawful public speaking and presentation practice. You must not use it to distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful. Interfering with the service infrastructure or attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or duplicate our proprietary AI technology is grounds for immediate account suspension. You agree to comply with these requirements at all times.

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD is the sole owner of all content and technology comprising NerveCoach, including its AI coaching models, graphic assets, written materials, and software systems. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Audio submitted by you for coaching sessions remains your property, subject to a limited license for GROWTHIFY TECH LTD to process it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any NerveCoach materials.

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD shall not be liable for any damages that are indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive in nature, arising from or related to your use of NerveCoach, to the extent permitted under applicable law. The total liability of GROWTHIFY TECH LTD for all claims hereunder is limited to the aggregate amount you paid for credits in the twelve months immediately before the claim. The service comes without warranty of any kind and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any point. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. It is recommended that you check this page periodically for updates. Using NerveCoach after any amendment constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, matching the jurisdiction in which GROWTHIFY TECH LTD is registered. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of NerveCoach will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
